Ypsilon has a SG2 Micro-Carbide powder stainless steel cutting core with a super hardness of HRC63 on the Rockwell scale. The knives in the series have an impressive 193-layer blade with a splendid Damascus pattern and with its Japanese name engraved both on the blade and on the grip end. The elegant black Micarta handle has an inlaid samurai family crest. It is an exceptionally beautiful and crafted knife that delivers supreme cutting performance.
